PURPOSE: Bean sprouts and green bean sprouts is manufactured by adding chitosan and/or chitosan oligosaccharide(containing antibiotic chitosan) to prevent osteoporosis, hypertension etc., to solve shortage of mineral and to neutralize chloride ion. CONSTITUTION: Bean sprouts containing chitosan and/or chitosan oligosaccharide(containing antibiotic chitosan) and green bean sprouts prevented various adult disease generated from shortage of mineral, increased peculiar taste of bean sprouts and green bean sprouts by water retention, thickener of chitosan and maintained freshness not to decompose bean sprouts and green bean sprouts with antiseptic effect. |
