PURPOSE: An exhaust stand of the one-touch method is provided to produce an exhaust stand at a low cost by combining a cork and an inlet and to be convenient in use by having the one-touch method. CONSTITUTION: The exhaust bar of the one-touch method is formed by:an adhesive surface(2) provided on the lower area of an exhaust bar(1); an exhausting unit(3) formed on the upper area of the adhesive surface(2); a cork(4) having an inlet(5) on the upper area of the exhausting unit(3) and integrated with a perforated line(6) by penetrating the inside of the exhausting unit(3); and a thin screw thread(7) formed to the upper and the lower part by using the perforated line(6) as its starting point.
