PANEL PLASTIC CASTING APPARATUS FOR CATHODE RAY TUBE

PURPOSE: The apparatus is fabricated to increase the quality of a panel(1) by smoothing the cooling of a nose part(25) when casting a cathode ray tube panel. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus has a bottom mold(3) having a casting plane forming the outer surface of the cathode ray tube panel and a funnel-shaped plunger(9) forming the inner wall plane of the cathode ray tube. Plural pins are arranged along the axis line, being projected from the inner sloped plane in the nose part of the plunger. The apparatus comprises a shell mold(7) of a rectangular loop having a plastic casting plane forming a junction stepped plane(5) of the panel.
