PURPOSE: A method is provided to join many buying desiring persons to many selling desiring persons in an internet. CONSTITUTION: The internet multi-to-multi buying and selling method comprises the steps of: registering conditions associated with the goods that many buying desiring persons wants to buy, in an internet; registering conditions associated with the goods that many selling desiring persons wants to sell, in an internet; informing, when the buying condition is equal to the selling condition, any buying desiring persons that the selling want goods of a wanted condition is registered; and extracting buying desiring persons of a common condition to induce a joint buying.
