PURPOSE: A micro organism carrier charging type modular bio filter is provided to treat polluted air at a high efficiency by using a bio filter system. CONSTITUTION: The micro organism carrier charging type modular bio filter system(100) comprises; the 1st micro organism carrier to remove non-organic bad odor; the 1st deposit tank(24) placed at the base of the 1st reactor(20); a pH meter(150) to sense the pH density of the waste water collected in the 1st deposit tank(24). The washing water collected in the 1st deposit tank(24) is discharged through the 1st drain valve(26). At the upper end of the 1st reactor(20) an inlet port of the microorganism carrier is provided and at the top of the 1st reactor(20) a blower fan(48) is connected.
