PURPOSE: A method is provided to issue a merchandise bond ordered by a buyer which contacts through an internet. CONSTITUTION: The merchandise issuing method comprises the steps of: designing a shape of a merchandise bond at one's pleasure (S110 to S140); determining a quantity and a denomination of the merchandise bond (S160); printing the merchandise bond according to a buyer-ordered option to deliver the printed merchandise bond to the buyer; and determining a private use of the merchandise bond at one's pleasure (S180), wherein the step of designing a shape of a merchandise bond at one's pleasure includes selecting one of many samples of merchandise bond shapes.
