PURPOSE: An organic body tissue is provided to improve the organism settlement effect and at the same time to increase the tension intensity of the organism tissue by using a material having an excellent organism suitability. CONSTITUTION: The organism tissue manufacturing method is composed of the steps of:manufacturing collagen as a cell type element having an excellent organism suitability into a thread and then manufacturing it into a net type structure; forming a collagen layer having a complex structure of a sponge and a net by inserting the obtained net type collagen structure; cultivating the cell within the collagen of the obtained complex structure.
