COMPRESSING METHOD OF THESAURUS CODE

PURPOSE: Compressing method of thesaurus code is provided to subdue the problems that the conventional manipulating method for thesaurus code that lower operating speed and retain large storage space on hard disk because thesaurus code is handled in no compressed state. CONSTITUTION: The compressing method of thesaurus code comprises the steps of: resolving the meaning path ranging from upper concepts to lower concepts by calculating simplification and similarity degree about thesaurus source code; compiling the resolved meaning path successively; compressing format by three regions such as header region representing the characteristics of the compiled code, information region including main information of the code, and tail region represent the end mark of the information region; and saving the compressed code on memory.
