PURPOSE: A deodorant having no harm and no smell is provided to prevent the generation of the secondary pollutant and to obtain prompt deodorization effect and excellent continuance effect. CONSTITUTION: The deodorant contains the compositions of: KMnO4, Ca(OH)2 and NaOCl as main compositions; NaCO3, CuSO4 and FeSO3 which are added according to the source of the filthy odor or to the sorts of the volatile organic compounds. Thereby, the deodorant composition contains 10000-80000 mg/l of KMnO4, 1000-50000 mg/l of NaOCl, 100-5000 mg/l of Ca(OH)2, 100-10000 mg/l of NaCO3, 10000-200000 mg/l of FeSO3 and 10000-20000 mg/l of CuSO4.
