PURPOSE: A small sized and durable aerobic sport equipment is provided to operate an aerobic exercise for training each muscle of an upper body. CONSTITUTION: An upper body aerobic sport equipment comprises:a user being sit on a seat(18) for gripping a handle(19) by using both hands and driving the handle making an oval shape; a driving crank(10) being connected to a handle link(9) for being moved circularly for transferring a driving force to a shaft B(14); and the driving force being connected to chain sprocket A(15), B(16) for controlling the driving force by using the load of a ply wheel. Herein, the angle change of a driving frame(5) absorbs more muscle group for securing a high strength of the exercise and a long period of driving.
