PURPOSE: A cover for selling electronic information is provided to sell electronic information in existing market by displaying electronic information without a shape as a cover. CONSTITUTION: The present invention discloses a cover(1) for making electronic information such as electronic books, music files, graphic files, computer programs as image to indicate their ownership as a book cover comprising: an address(2) of corresponding electronic information on the network; an indicator(3) of the cover and a password(4). Said password is to be concealed for displaying and selling and is removed to be identified by a purchaser after purchased. Further, said cover is formed to rectangular, circular, triangular shape as paper, plastic, metal, wood material.
