PURPOSE: A chestnut peeling device is provided to automatically peel the inner and the outer skins of a chestnut by using a mechanical device for saving a labor. CONSTITUTION: A peeling device comprises: a short peening unit(10) containing a bearing housing(11) being fixed in a supporting frame(2) being installed in a left stand(1) and plural discharging apertures(14) with different inclined angles being combined to an influent groove(13) for rotating the short peening unit rapidly by using the drive of a motor(12a); a driving unit(20) for driving a rotary container(30) by using the drive of a motor(30a); a selecting unit(40) containing a filtering net(41) and a guiding plate(42) being installed while being separated with a certain space and an air blowing fan(43); and a short ball(A) guiding hopper(51) and a chestnut influent tube(52) being installed in the middle and one side of a cover(50) covering the upper part of the rotary container. And the device works full-automatically.
