PURPOSE: A hardware stack is provided to reduce power consumption though level of stack is increased. CONSTITUTION: The hardware stack comprises stack point for generating plurality of stack appointment signals, wherein one of the stack appointment signals is always activated in response to a push control signal and a pop control signal, a push controller for outputting a plurality of stack appointment signals as a plurality of writing signals in response to the push control signals, a stack consisted a plurality of stack cells storing a push data when the corresponding to writing signal is activated, and a pop controller for outputting the plurality of stack appointment signals as a plurality of reading signal in response to the pop control signal. The pop controller transfers output of corresponding to one of the plurality of stack cells as a pop data when corresponding to one of the plurality of reading signals is activated.
