PURPOSE: Hydrocarbon is suggested as a cleaning solution to remove unnecessary materials from production process of metal processing, electric and electronic industry. CONSTITUTION: Hydrocarbon as a cleaning solution is reproduced through distillation process so that it prevents environment contamination and is cost-effective. A cleaning solution used in the ultrasonic cleaner is supplied to distillation set(1) through supply adjusting valve(25). The regenerated solution is circulated through vacuum ejector(5) into a circulation valve(4) inside circulation storage set(3) to absorb the regenerated solution inside cooling set(2) and supply the regenerated solution inside circulation storage set(3) for the cleaner.
