PURPOSE: A process for preparing ice bar is provided to make new taste with mixing and freezing all component added uniformly, to maintain ice-forming state in a long time and to taste all component added at one time. CONSTITUTION: A process for preparing ice bar consists the steps of: mixing aromatics, dried milk, sugar or peanut selectively; kneading mixture of the mixing process to be mixed homogeneously by adding viscous material and agitating to dough state; distributing the dough to constant standard container, freezing the container at below -20°C for 4-6 hours.
