摘要 PURPOSE: The apparatus is fabricate to solve the irregular charging according to the position of a light conductive layer generated because the distance between an arc linear electrode and the light conductive layer formed on the inner surface of a panel varies according to the position of the inner surface of the panel, and to prevent a fluorescent screen from being formed in irregular thickness. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus can acquire a uniform film thickness when developing a black matrix(BM) or a phosphor and improves the bright uniformity of a display device using it, by simplifying the structure of a corona discharge apparatus playing a role of forming charge in the light conductive layer formed on the inner surface of the panel during ElectroPhotographic Screening(EPS) process, one of the methods of forming the fluorescent screen of a color display device. The apparatus includes a corona charger(221) to charge the light conductive layer, and the corona charger comprises an electrode supporting plane formed with a curvature corresponding to the curvature of the inner surface of the panel and plural pin type or linear electrode formed on the electrode supporting plane.
