PURPOSE: Preparation method of a bathtub by mixing synthetic resin, stone powder, jade powder, pigment, mat chopped, luminous pigment, and hardening agent is provided which has a beautiful color by natural jade and an image of high quality product by luminescence of luminous pigment. CONSTITUTION: 35-45 Weight% of synthetic resin, 35-45 weight% of stone powder, 10-15 weight% of jade powder, 0.05-0.15 weight% of pigment, 1-3 weight% of mat chopped, 1-3 weight% of luminous pigment, and 0.05-2 weight% of hardening agent are mixed for 5-10 min in a mixer with a vacuum deforming function, deformed for 2-5 min under vacuum. Before molding, an upper mold is sprayed with about 1kg of transparent gel coat, a lower mold is sprayed with about 0,5 kg of opaque gel coat, The mixture is poured into the mold and reacted at 35°C for 30 min. The mixture is cured at 80°C for 2 hr in a hardening chamber to give a final product. The weight ratio of jade power to stone powder is preferably about 1:1.3. |
