FABRICATING METHOD OF PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

PURPOSE: A method of fabricating a plasma display panel is provided to minimize current for driving the panel and maintain merits of a metal on groove structure by forming a metal oxide layer as a middle layer. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of forming a glass material(110) having excellent etching characteristics on a glass substrate(102); etching the glass material(110) with a constant pattern to form a groove(107); forming a metal oxide layer(113) on an overall surface of the groove(107); electrolessly plating an address electrode(106) whose width is smaller than a sectional area of the groove(107) after formation of the metal oxide layer(113); electrolessly plating a metal layer(114) on the overall surface of the groove(107); and forming a fluorescent layer(108) using an electrophoresis method after electroless plating of the metal layer(114).
