PURPOSE: A complex observation voice informing device is provided to monitor and control a system control status and a system operation setting necessary to the system through a communication modem at a long distance. CONSTITUTION: The complex observation voice informing device comprises: a central processing unit(200) which generates an input/output address according to an order of a stored program and controls analyzing, processing and total operations of the inputted signal; a sense input unit(350) which is selected by an address division unit(220) and receives a data signal and an address signal from the central processing unit and at least two environment set sense signals to detect whether or not of an abnormal indication of the inputted signals; a tone transceiver(390) which is selected by the address division unit so as to receive the data signal and the address signal from the central processing unit and transmits a frequency when calling on an analog telephone line, wherein the tone transceiver recognizes whether on not a user pushes a telephone button so as to set at an external location; a telephone line state sensing unit(320) which transmits to the central processing unit a signal sensing a ring back tone, a busy tone and a congestion tone which are generated on the analog telephone line; an external telephone sensing unit(290) which senses the analog telephone line to inform the central processing unit a communication existence status; and a communication interface unit which inform the user that a signal indicating an abnormal indication is detected.
