PURPOSE: A setting up method of rock-falling-preventing net is provided to prevent the breakage of contacted part of a rock-falling-preventing net when falling rocks by hardening the contacted part of the rock-falling-preventing net. CONSTITUTION: The setting method of a rock-falling-preventing net has the steps of: setting a rock-falling-preventing net(110) of the left/right width 12.5m at the rock-falling area; combing the contacted part by combing the contacted part of the rock-falling-preventing net(110) with a connecting coil(111); forming a preventing net(130) by combing the upper part of the rock-falling-preventing net with the connecting coil(141) as vertically setting in sequence plural supporting rods(140) at the upper safety area of the rock-falling area; supporting the rock-falling-preventing net by setting a wire rope(120) at the rock-falling-preventing net(110) vertically and horizontally; combing the rock-falling-preventing net(110) with the connecting coil(121) winded on the wire rope(120).
