PURPOSE: A shock absorptive cutter is provided to increase the span of life of an insert tip and of the main axial bearing bed and to make precise the processed face of the processed materials. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorptive cutter is formed by the steps of:forming a shaft insertion hole in a cylindrical penetration hole formed on the inner face of a cutter body(1) made up of the special steel; forming an empty chamber(2) by an inner body(3) having a protruded sill(3'); putting on a lid board(6) having many rubber fluid injection holes(7) on the upper face of the body(1) and the inner body(3); injecting the rubber fluid in a heating state through the rubber fluid injection holes; tightening a combining bolt(9) on the base of the body; and combining many insert tips(4) on the circumference.
