PURPOSE: A bag is provided for a contained material not to escape and to prevent a moisture. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a bag includes: a vent aperture(4) formed in the upper area of a needle hole of a needle plate(3) for a bush fabric(8) to pass through; a vent aperture(4') formed in the same location with the vent aperture of the needle plate on a pushing metal tool(2); and a band inserting subsidiary tool(5) adhered on the front surface of the location for the bush fabric to be inserted for folding to halves to sewing a band without much effort.
