PURPOSE: A DIP event preventing device is provided to prevent the momentary voltage falling generated at a television power on, and to repress the rising of unit costs of a capacitor. CONSTITUTION: The DIP event preventing device comprises: a transformer(T1) to convert a first AC voltage fed from power(200) to a 125V¯135V, 12.5V second DC voltage; a microcomputer(210) to generate a pulse and to control circuits driven by 12.5V power at the same time when converting from a stand-by mode to a power on mode; a circumference circuit unit(220) to operate a circumference circuit by a data transmission of the microcomputer; a horizontal drive transformer(230) to incline a sending signal output from the circumference circuit unit(220).
