PURPOSE: An operating device for a power breakage return is provided to maintain a stopped state while returned from the power breakage if the power breakage is continued over a certain period for preventing an air conditioner from being operated needlessly. CONSTITUTION: An operating device for a return from a power breakage comprises:an electric power instrument(100) transforming a compatible alternate current voltage supplied from an alternate current electric power terminal to a continuous current voltage for outputting; and a condenser or a battery charged by being fed with the voltage outputted from the electric power instrument for supplying an electric power for an air conditioner to count the power breakage time for a certain period during the power breakage.
