PURPOSE: A flange forming apparatus of a cylindrical part is provided to integrally form the flange to be bent by a mechanical process from the cylindrical part like a tube. CONSTITUTION: The flange forming apparatus comprises:a base plate(100); a chucking member(110) inserting a cylindrical structure(150); a slider(120) installed to be round moved in a straight direction; a rack gear(130) installed in one side on the upper slider face; a sector gear(140) horizontally rotated to the right direction or a reverse direction from the regular angle range according to the moving direction of the rack gear; more than one supporting roller(124) installed to be contacted with the lower circumference of the sector gear; and a bending roller(160) bending the outside edge of the cylindrical structure to the outside.
