PURPOSE: A golf trainer able to adjust a slant is provided to easily practice shot and putting action by automatically adjust the slant degree of a green plate rightward, leftward, forward, rearward, upward and downward. CONSTITUTION: The golf trainer has a green plate(100) that is connected to a supporting device(200) to adjust the slant by a rotation connecting device(300), and a slant driving device(400) for slanting the green plate rightward, leftward, forward, rearward, upward and downward. The green plate is formed to a rectangular shaped plate, on the upper face of the green plate is covered with a lawn sheet(110) that is projectively formed to a lawn shaped brush. The supporting device has plural supporting angles(201) and the rotation connecting device is structured that the bottom central part of the green plate is combined to a central shaft(202) of the supporting device by a ball joint(600). Also a flange(411) of each cylinder(410) is combined to the bottom of the green plate by the ball joint, and a hose(713) that is connected to each cylinder is connected to an opening and shutting device(700) opened and shut by the manipulating device(800).
