PURPOSE: A movement recording device processing system is provided to analyze a movement record minutely. CONSTITUTION: In movement recording device processing system, a satellite number(Sn), a location coordinate(Ux, Uy, Uz) and a satellite time(St) received from a GPS satellite(81) are managed by a reference station(84) and a movement recording device(82) using GPS. The received GPS data(83) is stored in the movement recording device(82), and then is transferred to a data collector(86) in a company. The data collector(86) receives GPS amendment data(85) from the reference station(84), and a conventional GPS data(83) is amended. After extracting a movement record from the amended GPS data, a movement state is analyzed on the basis of an automatic vehicle location(89) using the GPS data and a movement record.
