PURPOSE: An automatic device for lighting and lighting out an outdoor lamp is provided to prevent power waste by lighting up the outdoor lamp in the preset time. CONSTITUTION: The automatic device for lighting and lighting out the outdoor lamp installs; an illumination detector(20) that detects the intensity of the illumination and that outputs the detected signal when the detected signal is the certain value and below; a timer unit(22) counting the preset time and outputting the counting signal; and a switching unit(24) forming a power source supply passage to light a lamp(26).
