PURPOSE: An opening and closing device is provided to reduce the number of components spent in the opening and closing of a draining valve, and to simplify the construction of the open and close device thereof. CONSTITUTION: The opening and closing device of a draining valve for a washing machine formed to close or to open a valve entrance by a stroke movement of an open and close end according to an expansion of a bellows contains: an actuator(21); a link(25) to delivery a rotating force to a facing structure; a driving body(27) to extend and to contract a spring(29) according to the rotating direction of the link by combining a variable shaft through the link of a cam and a slide groove(28). |
