PURPOSE: A negative stripper is provided whose function is extended into the field of reuse of PS plate for print use. CONSTITUTION: The negative stripper which eliminates materials attached to the substrate whose component is negative photosensitive material or negative material including printing ink compromises; (A) 5-30 wt% of aromatic or heterocyclic compounds, (B) 0-10wt% of organic solvents, alkyl amines or alcohol amines, (C) 0-5wt% of inorganic salts or organic salts, (D) 0-10wt% of organic polar materials or nonpolar materials, surfactants and anti-foam agent.
