PURPOSE: A method and a device for processing M.D.F. is provided to cut the infiltration and the discharge of dampness, to prevent the deformation, to promote the improvement of intensity and to reduce the production cost sharply. CONSTITUTION: A method of processing M.D.F. comprises the steps of: putting in(1) the processed M.D.F of the original state; cutting(2) the put M.D.F of the original state to be proper in size for various uses; molder formation(3) to mold the cut material in a certain shape; chemical resin treatment(4) to infiltrate the chemical resin in the molded material; heat treatment drying(5) to dry the infiltrated chemical resin; and film lapping(6) to attach the film onto a material dried by heat treatment. |
