METHOD AND DEVICE FOR COATING EXTERIOR FILM OF POLYURETHANE SPONGE FOAM

PURPOSE: A device for coating the exterior film is provided to repress a formation of an air gap between a sponge and a film for reducing an adhesive defect and to shorten a manufacturing time for improving productivity of a film coating. CONSTITUTION: A device for coating an exterior film of a polyurethane foam comprises: a metal mold(30) formed by an upper metal mold(32) and a lower metal mold(34); a film(52) located on the upper metal mold; a film hanger(32a) formed on the external surface of the upper metal mold for preventing the film from being removed; and a gas discharger(20) repeating an opening and closing operation of a part of the upper metal mold for several times for discharging the gas generated during a foaming of the urethane through the gap between the upper metal mold and the lower metal mold.
