PURPOSE: A portable case which is convenient for carrying cosmetic tools and nail cleaning tools is provided. CONSTITUTION: The portable case, for carrying cosmetic tools including a shaver, brush, mascara and nail cleaners including a nail clipper, a file, a pincette, scissors, a knife, is able to bind with a portable diary. A binding edge band(5, 5') inclining to the case has holes(8, 8') for passing binding steel rings(7). The case has a cover having a peep window(10) and is openable pivoting on the folding line(11).
