PURPOSE: The water head hole and the shore protection are provided to build water head hole constructed by integrally connecting many blocks, a dam for a sandbank, shore protection in an environment-affinitive way. CONSTITUTION: The water head hole of middle and small size of river a dam for a sandbank and the shore protection is constructed by integrally connecting those of: a block having the constructive purpose and erosion-preventing function; a rapids block having an aeration device; a fish-place block having inhabitant place of fish; a fish-road block having a moving channel of fish which can not raise to the outside of water; a natural stone shaped shore protection block having a gap for growing waterside plants and insects, microorganism.
