PURPOSE: A simple structured mat is provided to be used as a seat for indoor sports. CONSTITUTION: The polyurethane mat is produced in steps of; plastering a polyurethane resin(14) on a sponge mat(12); applying a cover(20) on one surface of the elastic material(16), making the elastic material upside down, and the excess length of the cover will be folded over to stick tightly to the elastic material; spreading polyurethane resin(18) over the folded part of the cover(20) to make them stick together to a solid body. And the softness and durability of the property of polyurethane is suited for the production of a mat. As it is water resistant, it is good for use in the wet basement.
