PURPOSE: A soundproof device of a subsidiary memory device is provided to relieve the disk body of the subsidiary memory device from the heat-impact as well as to keep the temperature of the subsidiary memory device that is sealed by a soundproof member, to the powerless and the soundless state. CONSTITUTION: A subsidiary memory device(30) is divided into a disk body(31) and a circuit substrate part(32), and the gap between the disk body and the circuit substrate part is connected by a flexible cable(33). An upper cover(20) and a lower cover(10) are installed as a soundproof device. The lower cover has a downside soundproof member(11) and the upper cover has a upside soundproof member(21). A fluid bag(40) is installed between the soundproof device and the disk body, and made from vinyl or urethane.
