ELECTRIC PRESSURE COOKER

PURPOSE: An electric pressure cooker is provided to rapidly heat an oven to a proper temperature while cooking for saving an electricity and for preventing various structures being located in a space unit in an external case forming a main body from being thermo-transformed or being damaged. CONSTITUTION: An electric pressure cooker is composed of:a main body(1); a cover(2) being hinge combined to the main body for being opened and closed; an insulating member(108) for integrally surrounding the outer surface of a supporting plate(102) and the outer surface of a side heating plate(105) forming the main body; and a lower unit heating source member(104) being installed in the supporting plate and a side surface heating source member(106) being installed in the side surface heating plate. Therefore, the heating source by the operations of the lower unit heating source member of the supporting plate and the side surface heating source member of the side surface heating plate is not lost while the heat of the oven being heated by the heating source is not lost.
