PURPOSE: A contact device for a high speed conversion is provided to be able to measure a high speed traffic using a low cost low speed instrument when a high speed part traffic measurement only is made in the 10Gbp optical transmission system. CONSTITUTION: The connection device for an optical transmission high speed conversion device comprises; 1:4 DMUX 601 to receive 622 Mbps and a clock coming out form a measuring instrument and provide 155mbps data to the synchronous transmitting mode 605; a synchronous mode 605 to receive 155 Mbps data and a clock and perform a detection of a receiving signal and various kinds of overhead detection and to interface AU pointer processor 607 with A u3 unit.
