PURPOSE: The method can perform the secure management of a security number using a bilateral communication function and solve the inconvenience of a user. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a connection restriction system where a smart card is built in. The method includes the steps of: setting a connection code to connect to a set mode of the connection restriction system through the bilateral communication receiver; transmitting the connection code to a broadcasting businessman through a communication network; managing by making database of the transmitted connection code; checking the identity of the user if the user asks to return the connection code; and connecting to a user set mode by returning the connection code if the user is determined to be a legal user. |
