PURPOSE: A position array method for a lead welding of PCB and LCD is to perform a position array for welding irrespective of use of two cameras. CONSTITUTION: A position array method comprises the steps of: preparing a first camera(110) for sensing a first and a second marks formed at both side of a PCB(103) and a second camera(120) for sensing a third and a fourth marks formed at both sides of a LCD(140); moving a stage(100) so that the first mark is sensed to the first camera(110) and moving transmission tables(150,160,170) so that the third mark is sensed to the second camera(120); storing the recognition result of the first and the third marks to a memory; moving the stage(100) so that the second mark is sensed to the first camera(110) and moving the transmission tables(150,160,170) so that the fourth mark is sensed to the second camera(120); computing a position of the PCB(130) and the LCD (140) from the recognition result of the first to the fourth marks and computing a relative displacement; arraying a position for welding the lead of the PCB (130) and the LCD (140); moving the stage (100) according to a transmission line(180) by a compression tool (190); and welding the lead of the PCB (130) and the LCD (140).
