PURPOSE: A device is provided to perform more calculations in a limited time and to improve a voice recognition rate since a digital signal processor treats the process of the voice recognition. CONSTITUTION: The mobile phone having the function of the voice recognition has; a codec(130) for encoding and decoding the voice signal input from outside; a vocoder(40) for converting the voice signal input from the codec to a voice packet data; a voice recognition device for performing the function of the voice recognition that judges whether the voice packet data is the one for controlling the mobile phone and outputting the data signal corresponding to the voice packet data.
