PURPOSE: The present invention is about an apparatus for maintaining degree of freshness of fish by instituting far infrared rays emission board formed with far infrared layer inside of fish box. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for maintaining degree of freshness of fish consisted of device to absorb far infrared rays to fish by instituting far infrared rays emission board formed with far infrared rays emission layers inside of fish box, device to sterilize fish and ice water around fish by ultraviolet rays sterilization wave length emitted from ultraviolet rays sterilization by equipping ultraviolet sterilizing light to sterilize bacteria and mould only without destroying nutrient and changing like taste, color, incense, device to lighten fish on putting out ultraviolet rays light, device to sterilize bacteria and mould using ozone generated from ozone generator installed in the upper of the light, device to insecticide a winged insects by installing in the lower of the ozone generator, device to maintain fresh fish in long time absorbed far infrared rays emitted from far infrared rays lamp to fish.
