PURPOSE: A manufacturing method and a keeping method for an enzyme feed are provided to treat the cell membrane of an enzyme for keeping the treated enzyme in a stable state for a long time. CONSTITUTION: An enzyme feed is made from an enzyme being fermented in a fermenting tank. Herein, the fermenting tank is manufactured by connecting an air supplier, a temperature adjusting equipment, a culturing soil injecting pipe, an air discharging pipe, and a waste discharging pipe by welding. A sterilizing method for the enzyme feed before fermentation comprises: closing all pipes; treating by using a chloroform having a strong disinfect power; putting into the culturing soil; sufficiently supplying through a 0.2 micrometer filter for not contaminating the air; and injecting a yeast fungus. The enzyme feed can reduce a cost for securing a feed organism while planting a seedling, can be kept for a long time, and can be used efficiently for a feed for a raising fish.
