PURPOSE: A refrigerating/heating storage is provided to improve the refrigerating efficiency and insulating effect using a heat-exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator/heat-cabinet for a vehicle has:a case of a refrigerator/heat-cabinet including a door(2) for opening and closing and also having an adiabatic material(1a); a heat-conductive semiconductor device(5) arranged on one side of the case(1); a vaporizer(6) consisted of a container established to contact facing the 2nd face(5b) of the heat-conductive semiconductor device(5); a condenser(8) having a cooling fan(9); a pipe(7) connecting the vaporizer(6) and the condenser(8); an operating fluid(10) moving in of the vaporizer(6), the pipe(7), the condenser(8).
