PURPOSE: A device for adjusting an external diameter of a drum brake is provided to improve a reliability and a distribution of the material generated in an external diameter adjusting process of the drum brake. CONSTITUTION: A device for adjusting an external diameter of a drum brake comprises:a zig(30) installed in the lower unit of a housing(20); a block(40) fixed in one side of the jig by a combining instrument; a sensor bracket(50) installed in one side of the housing for being fixed in a bracket(52) by an adjusting bolt(54); a penetrating aperture(53) formed in the lower unit of the sensor bracket; a contacting sensor(60) inserted to be installed in the penetrating aperture; and an up/down cylinder(180) installed in the upper side of the housing.
