PURPOSE: A usage of a secret number for reporting a crime is provided to defend a client from a damage of properties and to prevent the crime by realizing a secrete number. CONSTITUTION: A method for correcting a computer program for checking an existed secret number includes; receiving two secret numbers for a normal use and a crime report from a client when issuing a secret number; correcting a secret number checking computer program of a secret number issuing company; connecting the issuing company and a police station; instructing the issuing company by itself and constructing a guard network; arresting a criminal by using an emergency bell with the police station and a self guarding system while an illegal user uses; and reporting an occurrence of the crime and reporting to the client from a central computer center.
