PURPOSE: A system is provided to increase a searching rate of an internet searching engine through a procedure that plural internet users register a web site themselves. CONSTITUTION: An internet searching engine system through a membership system is composed of: a first step(S1) for an internet user to join initially to the searching engine system on the internet communication network as a member by using the real name of the user; a second step(S2) for the member to register a URL searched by the member to the searching engine site by oneself; and a third step(S3) for checking a repetition and a defect of the URL supplied by the member for giving a point to the member for the URL being put on the searching engine system.
