PURPOSE: A sky wave a kind of an entertainment riding at an amusement park is provided to improve the movement of not only rotating but also ascending/descending an upper part simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus is ascended by a main cylinder with its start. After the ascent is finished, the upper parts of the apparatus is rotated by a hydraulic motor(B). When the rotation of the apparatus is normal, up/down angle(wave) is adapted. When predetermined time is lapsed away, the hydraulic motor(B) and a wave cylinder(C) stop. The upper parts of the apparatus is level by a horizontal cylinder(D). Then, the apparatus is descended to the starting place by the actuation of the main cylinder.
