PURPOSE: An indoor device for an air conditioner is provided to prevent a front cover from the front and backward elastic deformation of a body when manipulating an operation panel. CONSTITUTION: An inner device for an air conditioner comprises the components of:an evaporator; a body(1) having a venting fan to suck and vent the indoor air; a casing(3) for forming the external appearance of the body; a front cover(5) combined to the front side of the casing and which having an operation panel for the manipulation of the drive; and an elastic deformation prevention part(30) to prevent the front cover from the elastic deformation by being contacted with the front cover.
