NOVEL BLEACHING ACTIVATOR AND BLEACHING DETERGENT COMPOSITION CONTAINING IT

PURPOSE: A novel benzimidazolinone bleaching activator is provided which has high bleaching effect even in water at room temperature or at a low temperature, and high solubility in water and high stability in comparison with conventional benzimidazolinone compounds. CONSTITUTION: The bleaching activator is represented by formula III, wherein:R1 and R2 are acetyl, benzoyl, propionyl, pentanoyl, hexanoyl, or nonanoyl; R1 and R2 can have identical or different acyl substituents, preferably acetyl.
